Here we go: First, we do an assessment together of where you are at. This means in both health and fitness, and the habits that keep you there. Putting yourself down is not allowed. Next, we develop a vision of where you want to be, based on what is important to you. We set reachable goals and a realistic plan of how you will get there. And, yes, you will get there! We prepare a plan for the next 3 months, and we talk about it together each week. It’s a team effort. We have fun and learn a lot about what is important to you. We learn what works for you and what doesn’t, and we make sure that we are on a path to success.
